Encore Live produced a two-day private birthday celebration for 700 guests on a ranch in West Texas. The celebration included cocktail hours, seated and buffet dinners, a surprise concert by Garth Brooks, and after-party entertainment.
Services: Procured and managed all event rentals (furniture, decor, catering, linen) for 1,000 staff/crew/vendors/guests.
